NEED FOR AN ASSOCIATION

Astaire Gardens is a prestigious project of large magnitude. With the project of this scale as well as slowness in the development of the area, it was prudent for the future residents to be connected with each other. A few owners met in late 2014 in an informal meeting to meet and know each other. At that time, everyone strongly felt that there should be a common platform where all could come and common issues could be discussed. There was a constant demand on different online forums that an association be formed. This need was also voiced in several meetings of flat owners with BPTP Ltd. As a result, a group of ten apartment owners volunteered / nominated for this purpose who formed the steering/ governance committee. This committee and members of various forums then unanimously elected three office bearers. This group has been meeting regularly since then and selflessly carrying out all work related to registration of the association, preparing a website, opening bank accounts, meeting BPTP and government officials etc.

NEED FOR AN ASSOCIATION

The association was evolved after a process of nominations and endorsements for the members. As a result, the first managing committee came into being consisting of nine members who then elected the following office bearers:

NOTE: BEING VOLUNTEERS IN THIS ROLE, WE ARE THERE TO TAKE UP THE COMMON CAUSE OF AGFOA HENCE MAY WE REQUEST ALL THE OWNERS NOT TO CONTACT US INDIIDUALLY FOR THE STATUS OF THE CONSTRUCTION FOR YOUR BLOCK OR IF THE CONSTRUCTION IS HAPPENING OR NOT.
